Current Needs

The only way we are going to ensure peace on this planet is to adopt the entire world as our family. We are going to have to hug them and kiss them, and dance and play with them. We are going to have to sit and walk and talk and cry with them, because when we do we'll be able to see that indeed everyone is beautiful, and we all compliment each other beautifully and we would all be poorer without each other.

We need the following items for our on going airlifts.  If you can donate anything on this list please contact:

Cloth diapers, disposable diapers, diaper pins, premature disposable diapers.

Plastic pants all sizes.

One piece sleepers, (0-6), gowns, stretch suits.

T -shirts, long and short sleeved,(0-8), childrens underwear, (new or nearly new).

Sweaters and light weight jackets.

Any light weight clothing,(0 to adult sizes).

White long lab coats, surgical caps and hair nets, isolation gowns, white nursing shoes.

Towels in all sizes.

Crib sheets, fitted and flat, or pillow cases used as sheets,(140x86 or 100x75).

Blankets all sizes, receiving blankets and heavy quilts.

Plastic changing pads, rubber sheets, plastic covered pillows.

Nipples and caps, bottle brushes.

Drinking glasses and cups,(preferably plastic), plastic bowls(even Dream Whip bowls).

Soup spoons, tea spoons, and forks.

Large cooking kettles,(used - from hospitals, homes, schools, churches).

Blender for food, manual meat grinder.

Gas lamps (camping lamps) for when the power is off, which is OFTEN.

Large pressure cooker,(one quart size canner).

Baby powder, oil, shampoo, baby soap or other mild non-allergenic soaps.

Fine combs and hair brushes.

Tooth paste and tooth brushes.

Vaseline and diaper rash ointments, Vaseline Wipe N' Dips.

Gerbers rice cereal, high protein and mixed cereal.

Gerbers straind baby food (fruit, vegetables, meat or any).

Nursoy, Engamil, Isomil, Similac.

Oralyte or Infalyte, Pedialyte - cannot be purchased in Guatemala, DESPERATELY needed to aid in treatment of diarrhea.

Dry food and powdered milk.

Clothing (boys and girls), beds (single and double), shoes, pony tail holders, anti bacterial soap, shampoo, and lice shampoo.

Note books and pads, pencils and pens, pencil sharpeners, erasers, crayons and markers, walkers,life jackets (cildrens and adult sizes), rulers, chairs any size, chalk, benches, blackboards, black board erasers, tables, typing paper, office and school desks, photo copier paper, photo copiers, shelves, lockers, typewriters (manual and electric), musical instruments (school), calculators (electronic and solar), playground games, swings, see-saws, toys (any kind but NOT stuffed),.

Pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, seeds (vegetable and flower).

Hammers and screwdrivers, large storage containers, drills and bits, saws, chain saws, axes, hoes, shovels, wheelbarrows, garbage cans, rubber hoses (water), buckets, squares, levels, brooms, measuring tapes, mops, rakes, ladders, wrenches, and rope.
